What services do you offer as a general contractor and home building company?

We are a full-service general contractor. We will help our Client pick a design from our portfolio or connect them with an architect that can take their ideas and put them into a completed set of plans, from that point we will provide a cost analysis of their home on their lot, we provide turn-key prices with limited allowances for certain aspects of the home which allow the owners to pick their interior finishes and exterior finishes.

On entering agreement with the homeowner to build their home, we then handle every aspect from permitting to site work to completing the home and exterior landscaping, with very limited homeowner duties, except that which they desire. Upon fulfilling all contractual agreements are the homeowners are then ready to take possession of their new home.
